Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at styledbyclauds@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
Combined Shipping
We may offer combined shipping for multiple items when possible. If you are purchasing more than one item, feel free to contact us prior to purchase.
