Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at styledbyclauds@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be requested and approved prior to being sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any undisclosed damage, defect, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of the tracking marked delivery date.
Requests submitted after this 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you have questions about your specific item, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
